I had to use BibleGateway to find out what "pleasing" and "spiritual" were...I couldn't figure them out for  the life of me!!!! Once I saw what they were,  I was like "DUH!"

Is there an L missing from the third from the last word? If so, here's my guess:

So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.
