Yeah Kat it really is a touching book. It only took me one day to read, lol. But then again I'm such a huge book nut.

I am reading the fifth book of the AD Cronicles by Brock and Brodie Theone...I LOVE THIS SERIES.  It takes place in the times of Christ and although it is fiction, it brings you into the time and the lives of what it might ahve been like during those days and what the people might have seen and experienced.  Has anyone else read this series?

Dinner With A Perfect Stranger by David Gregory
_____________________________________________

This is a really quick read about a guy who is invited to dinner... And the other guy says he is Jesus.  The invitee keeps trying to trip him up, but Jesus always has the right answers.  We read this book for a book club we're in now.  I liked it and since it was really short, it was easy to read the whole thing at once since it always weaves a little suspense into the end of each chapter.

I just finished Irrisistable(?) Revolution by Shane Claiborne.  It was excellent, I definitely recommend it.
Currently I'm reading Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert. Not necessarily coming from a Christian view point, but she's got some funny stories and interesting insight from her travels.
I'm also reading A Long Way Gone - Memoirs of a boy soldier by Ishmael Beah. I've had this one on the go for a while, though. Its very moving.

I love reading anything by Max Lucado.
Also, I read not too long ago two books by Eric and Leslie Ludy. Their books are good, becuase they give young people a glimps of how sweet it is to let God write your love story. They really helped me see that its worth waiting for the one that God has for me.

God bless,
Manda! =)
