ok, i know i posted about a cousin in Arkensa who has prostate cancer...we spoke w/ my grandparents last weekend and we found out that this cousin in now in stage 4 and that hospice has been called in. so the family is trying to prepair for the inevitable

I'll be praying, too.  :-[ This is a really hard thing to deal with. I hope there's not too much suffering with this. Hospice usually does a really good job of pain management and comfort care. My Dad was in Hospice care his last week or so, and they really took very good care of him and were ready with the good drugs to help things go more smoothly.
What if the road to the goal were the easiest road...
And I never learned what I know...
