Happy Belated Thanksgiving

Hey guys! Happy belated Thanksgiving! Three of us were actually in Canada for this year’s U.S. Thanksgiving Day. Lucky for me my Mother was feeling bad for me seeing as I was in the U.S. for Canadian Thanksgiving back in October so she cooked a nice big turkey dinner for the family as we celebrated my Father’s birthday over the weekend. I even watched some of the Macy’s parade and about 5 minutes of football. So I think I sort of got the American version of Thanksgiving in while I was at home in the great white north.

All that aside, since we last wrote (which was way too long ago, sorry!!) we finished up the Wide-Eyed and Mystified Tour with Jason Gray and Lanae Hale. It was so great to have Jason and Lanae out with us. It felt like a Centricity family tour! If you haven’t checked out either of them yet . . . C’MON!! Here are their web sites for you.

We were able to record pretty much every show from our fall tour and now have quite a bit of material to sort through and decide what to do with. We hope to be able to release some of it sometime in the next couple of months. So if you missed one of those shows you will still have a chance to at least hear what happened!

Also, don’t forget the Centricity Records Christmas album Bethlehem Skyline, which we have two songs on, is being officially released this year and is available at stores everywhere as well as online! Just go to our web site and you can learn all about it!

Our schedule has slowed down nicely for December, which will give us some time to write some songs for our next album. I’ll also keep posting the 22,000 miles video series for you to check out. If you haven’t seen any of the episodes yet, head on over to our web site or youtube page to get them. Or better yet, just subscribe on iTunes and you’ll get them as soon as they are uploaded and you’ll be able to watch them anywhere!

Hey guys! Well we've finally been able to start releasing the videos from our 19 day - 22,000 mile trip back in February and March of this year. There are 7 videos in total and I'll be posting a new one every few days when I have a chance, until they are all up. You'll see them here and on itunes first. If you keep up with our message board you knew this before we even did. The nominees for the 2007 Covenant Awards (GMA Canada's version of the Dove awards) were announced today and we were nominated for two!

I thought I'd let you guys know about a new imix we just set up on iTunes. Before our shows we like to play music that's going to set up mood just right. Throughout the spring we were asked so many times what album we were playing before our show. Well it isn't an album at all, it's a collection of songs from my library that I put together in a playlist. So at the suggestion of my brother in law I've decided to publish it so anyone could listen to it. Go to this link if you would like to check it out. You could just sample the songs or you could buy the whole album or you could just buy whatever songs you think sound the coolest. Enjoy!!

The Circle Bunnies Song on Total Axxess

We were in the studio with Wally on Total Axxess last night and performed our French rendition of the Circle Bunnies song. Just FYI, this is a lullabye that Wally sings to his daughter when he tucks her in at night. Wally is currently working nights, so he gets his guest artists to sing the lullabye on the air for his daughter who listens to the show every night. Aww. Wally instantly gave us the "Best Circle Bunnies Version Award". Have a listen!
